Ross (Jason Schwartzman) e Frisbbe (Patrick Fugit) são frequentadores da casa de Spider Mike (John Leguizamo), um traficante de drogas que vive alucinado. Quem produz a droga é um homem chamado The Cook (Mickey Rourke), que não tem nenhum tipo de cuidado na hora de "trabalhar" .
Eles também vivem rodeados pelas loucas Cookie (Mena Suvari), Nikki (Brittany Murphy), que é dona de um cachorro pintado de verde, e April (Chloe Hunter), que também faz strip-teases em boates.
